Is there any magic in getting networking codes from Vertical for use when replacing failed MPB cards? I've always just called inside sales with the serial number and someone would give it to me right away. Lately, I've had to leave a message for inside sales, but they haven't been good about returning phone calls. I have had a technician on-site at a hospital with a failed node all day. I finally broke down and called technical support, but there's nobody there anymore who knows anything about the XTS. All that got me was an e-mail address for Toni to try, but it got rejected. Any suggestions?

Guess all we have here are crickets. Ed, if you don't get any answer, let me know. I have a couple of MPB-1s with the networking code I would make available to you.
