Hello, New Install NS1000 with TDE620 Cabinet and DT543 digital phones. SW 008.03023 The Transfer Recall timer seems to always give us problems with these NS systems when the auto attendant answers all incoming Analog CO line calls. This install has a bunch of Ring All ICD Groups that need to ring for a long time. To make that work we had to lengthen the time on the Transfer recall timer. This causes problems with calls transferred by extensions as the recall is too long. Hoping someone has a work around. Tech support suggested using a Queuing time table but I could not get to work.
This timer also affects extension forwarding to 500 voice mail. We usually use Intercept to forward to 500.
Is there a better way? Panasonic suggested using extension forwarding to send calls to UM. If forwarding is used, can the forward button be turned off so it cannot accidentally be pushed? We like the intercept option because the user cannot screw it up.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I would use the disa for the AA.
Call never recalls back to Disa
