I have a Summit 80 with a PRI. It is set up with two hunt groups with one set to overflow to the other. I have a general mailbox on the 2nd. The system was resetting numerous times of day back in February and March. I upgraded to 4.0.14. That seemed to help until today. By 9:30 this am it reset itself 111 times according to the info. under trace. Since I have never set up a trace I would like to find info on how to do it. Does anyone know of a tech tip or document on tracing? Any comment would be helpful. tk

I know this is a stretch, but I used to have this issue with XTS systems that received their PRI service from soft switches. There was an issue with the format of the caller ID information (I believe they were sending too many characters) and it was causing this exact same issue. We were able to prove this by asking the service provider to temporarily stop sending call data and the problem went away. I know it doesn't answer your question, but it might help.
