Hi have an SV8100. I have extension set in tandem ring 150 to a single line extension 152 which is a loud bell. This is in a garage and working fine when they dial 150 ( the garage) it also rings the loud bell. The issue I am having is that there are a couple of extensions in the garage office that want call a coverage key for the the garage extension so that when the garage telephone rings they can answer at their telephone rather than running to the garage telephone. I have a key on their telephones programmed as ICM 150 but they can not call the garage extension from their the call coverage key. Also when a call lands on the key they can see it flashing but can not pick up the call by pressing the key. All other call coverage keys on the telephones work as they should. Does call coverage work with the tandem ringing ?

Change the button from ICM 150 to virtual 150, program the button to ring.
We get old too soon, smart too late
