Help! NEC DSX 34B Line 1 Now Says Enter Group # ~How can I cancel that? #637328 07/01/20 01:10 PM

Real Estating Member Joined: Jul 2020 Posts: 1 Rutherford, NJ	NEC DSX 34b phone. I know it's old, my company won't get new. A part timer was on my phone for a week and now she's gone & my line 1 says "Enter Group Number". I can't make calls from Line 1 & if someone calls for me, a co worker can't put them on hold on line 1. Ughhh! ANYBODY know?

Leave the handset in the cradle, press the check button, press line 1, document what comes up in the display and post it here. Press the flashing speaker key to put the phone back into idle state. We get old too soon, smart too late
