I have a Mitel SX20 customer that has had issues after a recent brown out. We have tried a power cycle. Calls only ring to the console in night mode and not in day mode. The programming seems intact but when I try to change any field in any programming mode it gives me an e11 code and doesn't let me proceed. I cannot find any information on the e11 error code. Has anyone heard of this?
I am new to this forum but I have been in the industry since 02/1997. Mainly Avaya, Mitel, Panasonic, and NEC. Glad to be here!

It is possible that a switch on the CPU card needs to be flipped to allow program changes. Kevin

Found it in the manual- Error E11- Data entered is protected, set switch 8 on the CPU card to OPEN, then proceed.

The 20 is so old. You really should upgrade.

Oldy but a goody. I cut my teeth on those old Mitel SX10 and 20 systems. Were ahead of their times compared with some other electronic systems at the same time.
