Have an SV9100s set up, it has two analog extensions off of it, 4 IP phones, and 2 digital key sets. There's SIP trunks for in and out, everything works, but something concerns the customer, and I can't find what I missed. Neither of the analog extensions gets any type of system or dial tone when you go off hook on intercom. They're now saying that one of the IP extensions does the same. All incoming and outgoing calls work, internal intercoms all work, just no dial tone when you go off hook. Albeit this isn't hurting call traffic, they've asked me about it several times. Anybody have any ideas? I didn't do the initial programming on this, which makes it even more difficult, appreciate any help I can get.
When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and panicking like the passengers in his car.

You got all the proper licensing? Got your 10-09 set up for commonly used?

Make sure the analog extensions have extension numbers AND see if they are auto trunk selecting.
