Customer was logging into system and got security certificate expires in 16 days. Will that regenerate or is it something the IT guy needs to check out? First time I heard of it

IP Office: Verisign Certificate Expiring February 2020 SOLN346495 https://support.avaya.com/knowledge/public/solutions/SOLN346495.htmlIt's an unused certificate that doesn't affect anything and can be ignored. It causes an alarm in System Status. There is a procedure to clear the error, but it is a little unintutive. Obtain a copy of the expiring certificate, remove the SD card from the IP 500 and insert in a card reader. Place the copy of the expiring certificate in /system/primary/certificated/tcs/delete/ Place the SD card back into the IP Office and reboot. The system will see the certificate in the "delete" folder and remove the matching, expired certificate from the working folder.
