I help take care of about 10 different locations mostly hotels with Mitel 200 ICP mostly 5.0 software. We keep getting mailbox 0 hacked by someone logging in and changing to extension number to outside number in Caribean. The calls never go through but it doesn't stop the being hacked continuously I have even set the passcode length to 6 digits. Most of the systems are being answered by AA. Anything I can do to stop this and how is this being done? Maybe computer program that goes through every number? Any Help Appreciated!!!

Make sure the dial "0" is a transfer only to "0" only, and not an extension mailbox.

So if this continues to happen perhaps it's time to suspect an inside job.
