I thought I needed to have an intercom button *00 on a phone in order to pick up a call from intercom hold

we have several different types of phones on site and if you put a call on hold on a 6 button phone the conference key flashes (is this new?)

however if you put a call on hold on a Desi less phone it would appear you will need an intercom button

I haven't checked the 12 buttons yet

I could have sworn I tested this prior to upgrading software and when I placed a call on hold on a digital phone you couldn't tell where the call went

SV9100 CP10 10.00.51 (I think)

Thanks

JD

Usual minimum on any SV8100/9100 system are 2 CAP keys and an intercom key unless you are using line appearances.
