my customer has trouble with calls left on hold for about 5 minutes being dropped. i think i shut off a held call transfer timer when i had this problem with sbx. can anyone confirm. and second they want the internal moh to have lower volume. i was messing with the tdm gain but didnt see anything for lcob but i did try the top one i think it was dkt for phones and music at the end. didnt help. is there a way to lower the music volume. thanks. dave

Change the "I-Hold Recaller Timer" and the "Attendant Recall Timer" to 0.
For the MOH, I "think" its Rx Gain From Music to ACO (Analog CO). I've only had to adjust it a couple a few times and I always have to play with it.
