Has anyone else had problems with a SL2100 dropping SIP service randomly and then reconnecting again? I'm running 2.30.2 software. Just finally now getting this system up and running. I have used the same SIP service on a Samsung and didn't have the issues that this NEC is having.

What type of firewall router are you using. First I had issues with mine, then I put in a proper router and it has been very stable.

Sip dial tone provider or off site Sip extensions? If it's extensions I've changed 15-05 47 and 48 to 60. or 90.

I am using a Sonicwall SOHO. I have even extended the UDP timeout way past the recommended 700. The issue in question is SIP provider.

NVM I have figured this out. Turns out NEC and Samsung don't play well on the same network. Also 4.2.2.3 isn't a reliable DNS.
