We have an ACD on a Samsung OS7400 that is sporadically not sending calls to the remote 3rd Party SIP phone that is logged in. The phone is up and if you call it directly, immediately after or at the same time as the failed ACD call, the 3rd party SIP device rings and can answer the call. Before the ACD was put in place, with the same call volume, no call ever failed to the remote phone. Has anyone ever heard of this?

I've had similar issues with trying to use 3rd party phones/ apps in a UCD set up. I haven't been able to figure out a solution. It's almost as if it is taking too long to connect to the the 3rd party device/ app and so the system sees it as not available to take calls.
I don't know if there is a setting to change that.....

3rd party sip phones on os7000 in ring groups aren't the best. Even when they added support for unconditional ring groups they didn't all ring are the same time.
What version of software are you running?

Version 4.92 Going to put a Samsung IP phone at the remote site to test and see if it's the network or the 3rd party SIP.
Thanks for the responses.
