We've got a customer interested in integrating their OS7200 with Microsoft Teams.
I've seen topics about other PBX systems being integrated with Teams, but nothing about Officeserv.

Does anyone have any experience with this and know if this is even possible?

Usually you need a true VOIP system to integrate with teams.
The Hosted provider provides the call paths for the the service, works well. Don't know if OS7200 is a VOIP system

I was able to get a good answer regarding it on Spiceworks: https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/2288618-on-site-pbx-integration-with-microsoft-teams
Basically you would need to get a SBC and a whole lot of configuration etc. and that it seems to be pretty pricey.

Another option is something like Call2Teams. It's a paid cloud service. $4.50/user/ month haven't tried it but came accross it when I was looking myself.

On top of it all, users need to either have the Teams Phone System add on or the E5 license of Microsoftt 365

I have "call2teams" running on my SCMC.

www.call2teams.com

Easy to setup and works OK if your customer is comfortable with PC/Softphone style of working.

Personally, I prefer a traditional phone.
