I have a customer that I'm trying to help remotely. They have a DK424 RCTUC3A / RCTUCDA. I have 1 extension (298) that shows it's forwarded to VM (333). All calls ring the receptionist during the day. When the outside caller is transferred, the caller hears ring back. The phone rings, but the callers gets transferred back to the receptionist not the ext.VM. I've tried to cancel the call forwarding (ITCM #601 Hang-up) The display says clear. But the forwarding remains in the display. Reset the system, no change. Tried to re forward the call (ITCM # 604333 hang-up) No change. Tried setting 656 & 657 just in case. Not sure what the next step should be.
Help Please.

Is it possible that the display is showing a message indicator instead of showing the call forwarding enabled?
The sequence to enable call forwarding Busy / No answer on a DK system would normally be ITCM #604 333 Speed dial {Seconds} Redial

Thanks for the info. Is it possible to contact you while onsite for remote support? This customer is several states away. I can have a telephone person onsite but isn't familiar with Toshiba.
