Hello.
I want to call, for example, extension 229, and make the system call for an external number, for example 555-55-55, through our E1 trunk.
Is this possible?
Thank you

Yes. You need to setup an external call forward or an all call forward depending on the model of your system.
You may also need to adjust the external forward timer for the extension as this controls how long it rings at be station before sending the call to the forwarded destination.

I have OfficeServ 7200 with an R2 trunk. I access to setup with Installation Tool through network, can you tell me settings numbers I must change to do it?

I already checked Programming Manual and I found MMC 102: Call Forward, in case someone needs to do it too.
