We have a lot of users that are no longer with our company. What is the best way to delete all of them from the directory? Thanks

This should happen automatically when you delete their mailboxes. It's generally standard practice to delete a mailbox when an employee leaves. Then create a new mailbox for that extension. Then it is ready for initialization by the next user.

Ok I found the mailboxes, but wondering if I delete the mailbox does it delete the extension? Now im really confused because I cannot seem to find the extension lists.

To add a mailbox for an ext, left click on the right side with mailboxes highlighted and select "Add Associated Mailbox" and you should find it in there.

Deleting a mailbox will not delete the extension. It will keep outside calls from reaching the extension. Extensions are found in System\Devices and Feature Codes\Endpoints or Stations. It depends on which version of software you are using.
