Can't seem to get this to work. I don't have an Admin manual and I am not able to find one online. AXXESS system v9.1.
I have gone to Fax/Email Forwarding and set Forward & Copy and the users email address. My guess is no email gateway is setup. I can't seem to find where to do this. I'm going back now to try and use the built in help.
Any help here greatly appreciated.

Go to Voice Processor\E-mail Gateway. E-Mail System= SMTP E-Mail Address= [email protected] company domain.com E-Mail SMTP Server= your email server name\IP address. Be sure the voicemail server can ping the name\address you use. Administrator E-mail Address= [email protected] company domain.com That should be all you need. Your email server must be running the SMTP service and new Exchange versions do not run it by default.

It is set to MAPI. We use Micro Call for Call Accounting wich is also configured for MAPI. This won't change anything to do with that will it?

Reaser,
For foward and copy use SMTP - not MAPI.
Micro call uses the SMDR output.
This will not effect Micro Call.

Thanks Randy, it was a long day that day. I noticed Micro Call was configured for SMDR but came back thinking it was MAPI.
Works great. Thanks for the input.

Everything had been working fine with this setup now today it has stopped. I have checked message tracker in Exchange and the message never comes to the system. What would I ve looking for on the Voice unit to see if it is actually attempting to send?

I believe the problem is with Unified Messaging User exceeding 5 users. How do I determine what 5 uers are using Unified messaging?

Ok so I removed myself from email forwarding to get us within the 5 user limit. Now I see the following Email Gateway Not Initialized? I don't see much on this so I'm not sure the cause? Any suggestions?

Problem Resolved. We had invalid entries listed that were still giving us too many users. Once I removed all invalid entries and had setup the 3 users we needed everything is working.
