I have been selling the ESI hosted product since it has come out and have had no issues with it from a reseller's or technicians point of view. Have a handful of customers in various sizes (mostly 10 or less but one customer with 10 sites and 50 phones total) customers seem to like it and their phones are of quality (ephone3 and above) SIP30's are dated. I have had fewer issues with the hosted versus premise equipment but will say the eSIP platform is giving hosted a run for their money. Can't compare to other providers since I have only sold ESI, The one issue I did have with a customer ESI really stepped up to the plate and took care of "our" customer. Don't know if your looking from an end user or reseller's point of view but either way I would recommend them.
