We currently have an Axxess v11 system - a CO Trunk Group for our reception lines is routed to a Hunt Group. We have 3 reception keysets. We would like to have all 3 keysets ring at the same time on an incoming call, not cascade from one to the next on a timer. The kicker is, if no one answers, we need the calls to go to voicemail. Any suggestions on how I can set this up? Thank you!

don't list each extension separately. Place them in an extension list. This will cause all three to ring at the same time. Set your Recall timer to a No Answer level (i.e. 18 seconds). Create a Call Routing Announcement for the Recall. The CRA will need no recordings. Have the Digit Translation time out to the voice mailbox of your choice.

JNS,
When setting up an all ring hunt group, the members list should have(all stations), which included the voicemail and day greeting apps.
Set up a different list for 'strictly' telephone stations only excluding the voice processor applications and put that list in the hunt members field.
