I have a 4.95 MP20s 7200. We use VM to Email but recently we moved to 365 online and I have no longer have an in house SMTP Server. I have tried everything to get it working with an external mail server but get the same error "no route to host"
anybody have experience with using an external mail server for VM to Email? Any suggestions..
I have verified that I have the correct DNS and Gateway..

To send via 365, you have to use TLS and have an account for it to authorize on for sending via the 365 SMTP. Make sure you have a valid from address and domain set in system parameters and MCLASS
Sometimes you can use the SMTP details for the client's ISP and it will work without authenticaion on port 25.

Thanks Bushmills - One step closer. My new error is 5.7.3 StartTLS is required to send mail. This error comes from trying to use 365 SMTP. I have tried both TLS and SSL on the samsung side?
