I have a customer with a Toshiba CIX and a they have lost the admin passwords to their voicemail system which I am 90% sure is a strategy mail. I was onsite and tried all the passwords I knew to get into the 990 and 991 mailboxes but nothing is working. The end user is willing to pay to have someone remote in and reset/recover the voicemail password. Is that possible? If so, is that a service that someone here offers?
