Is it possible to change the resolution of outbound faxes when using Enterprise Messaging? Recipients are having difficulty reading our faxes.

Yes. It involves editing an .ini file on the server itself while the voicemail services are not running. Because of the advanced nature of this procedure and the potentially disastrous consequences should it be performed incorrectly, I won't detail it here.
However you could call in an Inter-Tel service guy and tell him to review Inter-Tel Knowledge Base Answer ID 4227.
