| Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 419 Member | OP Member Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 419 | I have a customer who purchased a Plantronics CS 50 headset I’m trying to help her over the phone hooking it up but it’s kind of difficult she’s telling me she only has one way audio I’m not exactly sure what she’s doing wrong I’m sure this headset is fine I know it’s kind of an older model I still think she’s gonna need some kind a cable or lift kit so she can answer the phone from her headset
I think there’s also a couple of settings on the headset and that may need to be adjusted I was wondering if anybody had one in front of them or is more family with them
Or is this a newer model that would be more recommended

Personally I always preferred the CS-55. Check her settings on the base. You or she can download a .pdf for it...

For the EHS to work, you have to program a headset button onto key 25.
