Hi all,
I just got back from installing a SL 2100, the caller ID works on incoming calls but it doesn’t appear at the general mailbox it just says Outside caller any thoughts?
I’m going to call Nec tomorrow but I thought I’d throw it out on here too.

Check CID to Voice Mail in trunk basic settings.

Thanks, I haven't been back out there yet to check but it's wasn't enabled in my download so that has to be it.
