My customer has an Axxess (not sure what revision).
They have just downsized and want the unattended extensions to be answered by other extensions.
(x1144 and x1169 to ring when x1175 rings)
The customer does not want to do a call forward or have the phones in a pickup group.
I am not sure how to do this.
I work on Norstar, and an answer dn button is what they prefer. Can this be done?
thank you in advance for your replies

You could create a Secondary Call Key. This would allow calls to ring on another extension. They work with external calls only, not intercom calls.
