We have agents on node 2 logging into hunt groups on node 1. All agents are auto connect with headset connect tone active. So the phone should not ring, it should auto connect after a tone is sent to the headset. These users are receiving a single ring before the tone and connect. Everything is functioning, they just don't want to hear the phone ring. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

One other thing. All agents log into Xarios on node 1 for hot desking.
