Got a person that said there system will go down for an hour or two then come back up. Here phone will have V12 on it and nothing else. Also says she can hear a click before it goes down in 2 offices. Said its not real loud click. Anyone run into that V12? Not had a chance of looking to see if its an error code

V1.2 is the phone version you will see it whenever you plug in a phone as it powers up .The question is is it just 1 cabinet or the whole system rebooting? If it's intermittent it's going to be hard to track down. A good place to start my be a power supply.

all phones go out. So I will need to change out the power supply. Or do you need to replace the system?

I would suggest it's a power supply. It may not be but like I said that is a good starting point.
