We have been using Gmail as a email host for email notification for some customers
Seems to have stopped
We're getting SMTP login in errors
Can someone suggest email system parameters that work with Gmail ?

They seem to re-enable the "less secure apps" feature which blocks the system after a while. Sign into the account and check - https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps?pli=1You'll probably see some security related emails in the inbox you may need to check too.
