Have two Axxess (v10.x) and two 5200s (v3.0.6.x, 2.1.0x) with Call Reporter Suite (Pro., v3.30).
Is there any way to track who and/or from what workstation, or when, someone uses Reporter Realtime to log others in/out of a given ACD Group?
Someone keeps logging my Operators out, need to find out who so I can spank.
