I have axxess 9.1 We have digital 8520 and some IP phones (exec type) Is there a way a user can put a call right into VM if they are on a call? So if I am on a call and a 2nd call comes in, rather than it ringing 4 times then vm... can I help it to VM faster?

In the forward path, change the "Busy" flag to yes.

Is there a way to still have the option to pick up the line - so not change the busy flag - but basically transfer the 2nd call to VM while on another call?

If you are using a 6 line display, you should have a send to voicemail option. (if you made the message center the voicemail extension) If it's a 2 line display I think you can use the redirect call feature code (default 331) and dial the voicemail extension.
