I have a service maintenance agreement with Inter-tel at 15K a year and it isnt the price that bothers me. It is the quality of service I am receiving for that price. I want Gold Service and I am getting Tin.
Can anyone reccommend a Service provider that covers Santa Barbara to Camarillo California? I have 2 Access 5000 Systems connected (and noded) via a Pt to Pt T1 with Spectralink wireless in both locations.

Hi Mark,
Wish I knew of someone I could recommend. However, I may be able to get you some names of other local Mitel, formerly Inter-Tel, dealers in your area.
Are your systems AXXESS or Interl-Tel 5000? Best way to tell is to look at the labeling on the main control unit, not the phones.
