Does the SL 1100 have any type of viewing of what is being dialed by the auto attendant (call progress digits or events). Problem I am having. Auto attendant, digit 1 to (47-13) table 1, goes to virtual extension 260 (unscreen transfer). VE 260 is programmed with Flash 1. call forward all 2. RP18632750191P 3. RP18632750191P 4. RP18632750191P 5. RP18632750191P 6. RP18632750191P 7. RP18632750191P
Lines are Analog and programmed as “behind PBX” Using 3way call with tranfer on all lines, by telco. Call comes in presses 1, hear the hookflash, see it grabbing line, then see the line release a(which is all normal at this point. Then I hear this call cant be completed as dialed. I think it's either sending digit too fast or somehow the 1 in dialing string isn't being sent...
So I am trying to find out if the system has any way to see what is being dialed.
Thank, Doug

You would probably be most successful by getting NTAC on the line with you.

This is something you might want to try Set the virtual to call forward no answer, set the virtual in its own timer class, set the no answer time delay to 1 second. Can't hurt to try, if it doesn't work set everything back.

Setting virtual in it's own timer class...can you be a little more exact as to what you mean with the timer class? I appreciate your effort Doug

Doug, By default all extension are not assign any timer class, so the system looks at 24-01 and 02 You set any extension to a class of service in 20-29 and make changes to the class you are using. Now the system will avoid 24.01 and 02 and look at 20-29.
