Samsung 50 and SVMI4 I am getting random characters on the screen. It has increased and using the CTRL -L doesn't refresh the screen.
I have changed ports on laptop, rebooted system...this doesn't happen with same laptop on another system at all.
It is coming off of serial port of voice mail card.

assuming the cable and the laptop are the same , then it only leaves the serial port on the SVMi4

That is unfortunate. Will a SVMI-4e work in a DCS 50i ?
I thought I might of read that it would Not...
