Using an Axxess v11 system.
IP phone users report hearing a caller coming into their speakerphone. The user is not a party on that call, they just 'hear' the other 2 parties talking. The user can not answer or disconnect from the call, they must wait until the other 2 callers disconnect.
I have reported this to Mitel, but not help. They recommend resetting the IP card, but it doesn't help. We have 5 locations/buildings on this system and 75% use the IP phones.
Any ideas?
