We have a 4 Port Interchange.
1.Voice Mail is not answering
2. Cannot login to voice mail viewer
3. Getting a message that says incorrect version or something like that when trying to launch the database.

Is the key plugged in ? Sounds like corrupted database. Do u have a backup?
