My Quickbooks stopped working with the Apple Big Sur upgrade. Contacted Quickbooks and they say I need to give them $400 to get my files to open again. I call this Ransom Ware if they force you to pay them to access your files.
If you have a Apple product with Quickbooks DO NOT install Big Sur

$400 sounds like Quickbooks wants you to upgrade to the current version which will work with the Apple upgrade. That said, I would take that Apple POS and throw it in the dumpster!
