I am having trouble figuring out how to create nodes and have my current intertel axxess system use nodes to from the main line. For example: press 1 for this, 2 for that, and the last option would be to press 8 to hear the list of the directory. Any ideas or any body that can help on this?

InRefSys your actually looking for a Call Routing Assignment it's under voice mail. That is where you will program options for pressing a number and being routed to a specific location.
