I have a group of people that have known extensions and associated DIDs that they want to be forwarded to their cell phones.
Now I know I can create a Phantom Device and assign that to the DID. My question is it possible for internal staff to dial the Phantom Device internally (i.e. 5 digit dialing). I have an Inter-Tel system running AXXess 10.

Simply dial the phantom extension like any other intercom call. The call will follow the forwarding.

Number not valid but I think I know why, not on the extension list. I will try that.
