Vodavi STS with flash mail. I have two extensions forwarded offnet to cell phones. They work if you call them direct or transfer a call to them but if you transfer from the auto attendant they do not forward and you get sent back to the auto attendant. If you cancel forwarding the ring from auto attendant. Any help is appreciated.

Sorry no one got back to you. STS only allows intercom calls and transferred CO calls to forward off-net to a speed dial number. So I know of no reason why the AA doesn't forward. I'm trying to peal the layers of my memory back regarding the Flash VM but if there is a supervised transfer occurring rather than a blind transfer, that could explain it. I know the TalkPath/Dispatch had that option.
