my customer has an sbx and lost all programing. i went out and reinstalled programs. they insist the ringing sounds different now. i showed them on the phone the 5 choices and they said none of those. i checked in extension programs and still only 5 choices. i checked in co line programs and only 5 choices there too. one person seemed to indicate it was a split ring. anyone have an idea for other ringing options. thanks. dave

I had the same request. Keep in mind that the CO line programming is limited, but the stations themselves offer a lot more available ring tones. At each phone, go to PGM1 (ring), then 9 for CO bell, there are 15 more different ring choices there. I like tone 09 myself. That's probably your best bet
