Blocked 011 international calls, Went to call forward line and the Star * is being restricted also....no *72 changed day/night toll to 1 every extension (2102) removed check for allow 011 (3512) toll level 1
Have never done restriction for DSX systems.

Did you try it from a butt set to see if it isn't the carrier?

I had a spare DSX80 and when the *star is pressed, right away you hear "Your call did not go through, please call the operator." Also if you just press line 1 it times out after maybe 4 seconds and says the same thing. The only way I was to stop it was to put the station at Toll Level 0... I also initialized the toll tables and 3551 set as allow 3552 entry 1 *72 entry 2 *73 Did not make a difference....
