Just had default a 6.0 in order to get the password reset.
The VM does not show as a card in the system.
How do I make the system reconize the VM.
How do I set up a hunt group for VM?

Ken have you went into Cabinets in the software and made sure that the card is identified for the slot that it's occupying?

Since he said card, I guess we can assume it’s an EVMC. Once you add the card under Cabinets, like MacGyver said, go to the main screen under System. Change Voice Processor Enable from No to Yes.
After that’s done, Voice Processor should appear on the menu. You don’t need to add hunt groups for Axxess voice mail - just create the Voice Mail and Message Notification/Retrieval applications.
