Which of these three is better? Newer? More user friendly? Also, which will provide the easiest "roll over" for staff used to the old system? Thanks a million -Fajing

The first thought that comes to mind is upgrading to a newer Toshiba system, like a Strata 40i or a small CTX. breed Member Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 406 Wilson,North Carolina	You should be able to upgrade to a new CTX 100 and utilize all of your phones and voice mail. You would then have all of the new features of a new Toshiba system that is even capable of IP at resonable cost, should be very close to your target. Depending on size of your system you may be able to install a CTX 28 at even lesser cost. The systems you are looking at are good systems however give you no more advantage over what you already have and are just as old. The CTX is a great improvement over the DK 16
