I am new to Intertel/Mitel and have been getting familiar with it daily since my new company has 50 phones and the Intertel 5000 system - I am trying to find how to set the REMOTE IP in the 8622 IP phone and have had no luck. I know you have to unplug and plug wire back in and hold 2 buttons down to access menu but can not figure it out. does anyone know. Thank you.
