Hello, I am trying to setup voicemail to email setup. I setup email gateway etc etc. when i test VM to Email i get a smtp error message sent to my email saying this
SMTP Message 00000BC4, Mailbox 00000699 'KIMBERLY' Failed
the email gateway seems to be correct since i am getting this email.
i have os7100 v 4.95
do i need a active license to be able to do VM to email TY in advance

You need to setup the smtp server details in the mclass as well as system wide parameters
You only need the license to have more than 5 enabled.
If you upgrade to 5.03 that gives you unlimited email gateway as well as other licenses

it is now working. i figured out what mclass is and configured that extension and it's now working. Thank you so much.
