Looking to see if anyone else has troubles with night mode for 3 tenants on the same SV9100? Have a SV9100 with CPU20, have 3 buildings that are connected together. Trying to setup auto attendant for all 3, the first 2 work great but the 3rd I cannot get to work. The problem with the 3rd is that I can not put it in to night mode. Have tried programming a night mode on 2 different sets but when you press the button nothing happens and it stays in day mode. Have checked all the settings for extensions and trucks and they are in group 3. All 3 groups are programmed the same, but nothing I do makes a difference.
Thanks

Are the extension or extensions allowed in class of service to set night mode?

Do all three buildings use a PRI or something? OR do they all have separate trunks (lines)?

Thanks Dans, just checked my backup and that is the trouble possible as the 3rd answer point is not set to 15.
