Does anyone have experience with a good CTI app?
Going back a ways, the ShoreTel communicator was fantastic. Mitel has kind of nerfed it.
A lot of systems I've looked at have an operator console type thing but it is full screen and overkill for most users.
I see Yeastar has a cti mode for the Linkus client but haven't found out much else there.

Control the desk phone from an app. Transfer calls. If you are familliar with the old Shoretel Communicator, then pretty much that.
