I have a MLC office that has been off line for 2 weeks.
Sub open it up and it will not connect to the system I check the 9100 program that looks ok. Have 3 on system i can Ping the ip on the other 2.

NO its a MLC off a sv9100 on a users I Phone and laptop
.When they open the app its not connecting offline.

Well, how are they connecting VPN or NAT? Also, if they are using wifi you need to turn off the MAC randomization on devices.
