System Access 11.0. At one of our sites we have three phones, all in the same general location, but on different cards. The problem is that when you call one of the phones in this area (IC), there is a single ring, then the phone will have a loud buzzing on it until it is answered. When the phone is picked up, the buzzing stops and the line is clear. This does not happen on calls coming in from the outside.

The keyset causing the problem is not the one where the loud buzz is heard, but is actually the "sending" keyset that is connected to the keyset that is hearing the noise.
There is no noise heard at the keyset where the noise is actually coming from.
You need to replace the keyset causing the problem.
